To the other Leaders I've known ZoZo for quite a while he's dedicated and is a fantastic pker and a great friend
to decline him would be a mistake.
You'll get your first rank once you hit 65 Combat until then stay active in the clan chat and post an Introduction on the forums just post something little about yourself.
He had another pure but it got banned which was a badass account and I'm sure he can do the same with this one
